What CNWCOA needs

It's a common question, what does CNWCOA need? Here are some simple and applicable answers. We need leadership, member involvement, financial support, member ideas and involvement (did I mention that we need member involvement??). We need questions and we need answers from members. The bottom line is that this association is about its members-without participation and ideas from folks who pay the dues, we're just a little club with a fancy website and some state regulations to maintain our non profit status. It would be nice to have an annual meeting or two where members can come and express ideas and concerns. Problem is, everyone is too busy to attend those meetings. What CNWCOA needs is a renewed commitment from it's leadership and membership to meet, discuss, and implement ideas, training, networking, professional standards and industry requirements. Where do you fit into that equation??
